This particular topic is something that needed to be addressed amongst my generation because it’s something I also struggle with. Everyone wants to please everyone without putting themselves first. I have been in bad friendships , relationships and situations just because I couldn’t say ‘NO’. On this episode I have my bestfriend Obagbola Owoeye who is also a Gen Z and he is passionate about teaching people to say no and my relationship with him has also helped me to say no.
