With a doctorate in Organizational Psych, JD created Seven steps to healing the harms of our culture. As a podcaster, JD and Kory, having never met, get to know each other's journey by sharing stories. Both were a minority amongst their friends and peers. One white grew up in black urban community. The other, black grew up in white rural community. It’s quite a story. Dig it.
