Beautiful people, a special episode is arriving on your audio & video player of choice today, as we're returning to our roots and revisiting where it all began: the journey of introspection. I went to the beach to record a long-overdue solo episode after more than 6 months. So much has unfolded in my personal life since then, and I truly felt compelled to record an intimate update episode for you. As is customary with the podcast, I shared from the heart with minimal filtration.
