Sarah Courtright has been in practice as a counseling psychologist for 15 years and was the first person to introduce the concepts of mental load to me. Sarah specializes in Adlerian, Gestalt, and CBT for individual counseling, as well as Emotion Focused Therapy for couples counseling.
