Meet my guest, Prajakta Apte. She's a Registered Dietitian and Yoga teacher, trained and certified in Ayurveda. She practices Functional Nutrition and specializes in Gut Health. Like me, Prajakta strongly believes in treating the root causes to her clients' problems rather than putting a band-aid on the symptoms.
