Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Nutrition is an ancient approach to healing, one of the world’s oldest medical systems, with written records dating back at least 2200 years.  

Today I’m talking to Lori Voss-Furukawa about her unique approach to empowering women through TCM, energetic eating, and mindfulness.

I appreciate this ancient approach to health, especially in contrast to the modern day reductionist view of food as simply calories and macronutrients.
