Chef Peanut is the co-founder of BeauxJax Crafthouse, Frozen Pirogue, Chef's Table by BeauxJax, Hurricane Alley LIVE and East Bank Mafia. Starting from a food truck in 2015, Peanut and his partners have created multiple restaurants and venues, which have transitioned into a full scale entertainment district in the heart of Northwest Louisiana.
