Jose Cardenas and Sam Norton are two of the co-founders of The Seventh Tap. From humble beginnings of making beer in a garage, to opening a full production brewery in 2021. They have just opened a second location in northwest Lousiana’s most popular entertainment district, The Seventh Tap East Bank.
