SFC Ben Cotten and SFC Allen Smith are Sniper School Instructors in the Army National Guard and serve their community as Shreveport firefighters. As reigning champions of the 2023 International Sniper Competition, 2019 WPW Sniper Competition, and multiple other high-stakes marksmanship challenges, they travel the nation representing the All Guard Sniper Teamâembodying precision, skill, teamwork and relentless dedication.
