Description

George Ivanovich Gurdjieff once said, "Two things are infinite in life; the stupidity of man and the mercy of God." Waking up takes a force of will; to leave behind the slavery of stupidity, it takes first leaving behind the automatic thought and the automatic response. Second, to develop a level of thinking above one's thinking, to become an observer or witness of one's "self" and to ask, "who is the thinker of the thought?" To work towards leaving everyone and everything a little better than we find them in every moment.  The joy one finds is immense.
