I always assumed on my first episode l would take you to the beginning of my entrepreneur journey, however today l decided to begin in the middle. This episode is a very raw and real story of how well into the business l made a decision to expand that almost caused it all to come crashing down.
This the story of how we opened in Myer Chadstone. I go into detail about how l got into the department store and how the concession model works. I also bring to light what operations issues are involved and the power of word of mouth marketing.
