- Confirmed: unpopulated system have smaller target values for completion
- Confirmed: distance from maelstrom lowers target value for completion
- Adding: “front line”; new USS in systems on the edge of the thargoid bubbles
- Recovery: players can reboot EDO settlements to shorten recovery time.
