Jenn Miedema was just like us- super intimated by that work out life! Until she realized that motivation was garbage and got tired of waiting for the "perfect" day to start taking care of herself  (who else is waiting for next Monday to start?) In this episode, Jenn chats with Cristina about her journey from too busy, too tired...to energetic and healthy mom! Before you click away thinking its just another workout coach talking; Jenn is first and foremost a MAMA. She gets that mom life! And so, with a focus on new moms she answers questions like "when can I start working out again?" "what work outs are safe to start with when postpartum?".  She also shares really practical steps towards change any mama can start using today- no matter what season in life you are at!
