This podcast was created to educate, motivate and inform those in the DC Metro Area who want to know more about the local real estate market. The host, Sam Cofer, III, is a 3rd generation licensed real estate agent who actively helps buyers and sellers in DC/MD turn their real estate dreams into reality. Sam simply wants to do his part to make people feel more comfortable about the real estate process and to illustrate that it doesn't have to be as overwhelming and as scary as it may seem. Sam is a real DC Native (born and raised inside the 68.3 square miles, that is the District of Columbia) and currently lives in Prince George's County, MD, so Mumbo sauce (IYKYK) and Old Bay flow through his veins. He's a husband, father, HUGE fan of the DC sports teams and enjoys movies and good food.
