I'm going to be talking about our two dogs today - Thodin (aka Johnny) and Avalon (aka Betty) and how they actually have some very helpful wisdom to impart.
With so much chaotic energy in the world today, embracing simplicity and presence can assist us in staying grounded and calm. Who better to model that than a dog?
