Something I've been sitting with lately is this idea of taking the pressure off. We experience so much pressure in our day to day, in our jobs and our relationships; these expectations to do things really fast.

We are all moving towards something and want to invest our energy wisely and at the same time, we also need these moments to just be, to be with ourselves, to experience everything that's going on around us and to take a moment just to breathe. We want to find balance between going and flowing.

Ultimately, our experience here on earth as humans is about integrating both the flow and the go energy.

My hope is that you can also find ways to set yourself up in a way that is really working for you – not for somebody else. That it will allow you to take the pressure off and give you space in your week and your day to really just be in flow.
