Description

In this episode we sit down with three athletes of Welded Fitness who also train at CrossFit Laminin and are apart of the Lam Fam. We discuss the differences in individual programming with a personal coach for the purposes of competition versus group classes for the purposes of overall health and fitness. We also discuss how a blend of group training and individualized training can provide the best overall results for those looking to take their fitness to the next level.
