In this episode, I highlight the importance of showing the "down side" in this journey. Meaning the "dark days" or days things aren't feeling very positive and productive. I felt it's necessary to expound on these feelings and emotions because social media has conditioned us to believe people's "highlight reels" as a blueprint for our own journeys.
