Alright ya'll I must say....I was definitely ON ONE when recording this episode. It was a result after a DUMB ASS day of being hit with NOTHING but bad news. I felt it was important to come and shed some light on days like these because WE ALL HAVE THEM...and there's nothing taboo about being toxic at times.
