Just because everyone else is setting big goals in 2023 doesn't mean you have to. I don't know about you, but hearing about people's new years resolutions overwhelms the hell out of me. Like, why can't we just go with the flow? The thought of adding new goals to 2023 on top off the one's I've yet to achieve is absolutely sending me. So I thought of something I could do a little differently this year: strive to break negative habits that held me back last year. Habits such as people pleasing, letting up on my boundaries, thinking too much into the future, etc. Because these habits that I've picked up along my way of life are some of the reasons why achieving my goals can be really hard. So why not try to kick em out of my life sooner than later?
