Over the past few years I've gotten really good at identifying my triggers: Feeling anxious in relationships, Financials, Imposter Syndrome and being in a sensory over-loaded environment. I decided to write out four questions I can come back to when I start to feel myself going into fight or flight mode with my goal being to ground myself.
I wanted to share these questions in hope they inspire you to write your own to come back to when you start feeling anxious, frustrated, angry, depressed, etc. Or if you want, take mine!
