When we think of health and wellness we often think of eating right, staying active and practicing positive habits that will help us grow into the people we want to be. But something that is so often missed within the conversation of health, wellness and healing is actually talking about the hard stuff and getting support for the shit that keeps us up at night. And let's be real, everyone's life is one big anonymous journal where pieces of ourselves stay hidden because of the huge stigma placed around mental health and mental struggles. People shouldn't have to fear the idea of going to therapy, being emotionally vulnerable or asking for help, which is exactly how I felt almost 6 years ago. But after working through my own experiences of trauma and the shit life throws at us, it's now my goal to hold that space for you, in hopes to give someone the courage to reach out and get support. So get comfy, grab your favorite beverage and let's open up this anonymous journal.
