A fragile, finite balance that we will be mastering the rest of our lives - if we're lucky. It's funny how humans crave control over our future and elements around us, yet we have none.
The only control we have is over ourselves. Allow yourself to find comfort and solace in the idea of the uncontrollable, instead of letting ourselves succumb to fear. The less you try to control things you cannot, the more control you will gain over yourself - the only thing you truly have control of. Let's practice the lessons spoken of in this cast together and over time allow ourselves a more worry-free life!
