I am love and because I am love, everything I create is with love. I know this may seem like an unusual way to start a bio, as most would start with their title or accolades...but that would not be an authentic way for me to begin mine. Love is who I am, and it is also what I l do. Whether I am integrating D&I philosophies and principles into every aspect of a company’s operating strategy, creating core Talent Management and Organizational Development systems that fuel organizations, creating leadership programs that challenge leaders to lead with love, or creating a piece of art that sparks meaningful conversation; empowering others, breaking barriers, moving and gently shaking the world around me through practicing love and understanding isn’t just something I do; it is my gift and calling in life. I value and celebrate the core elements of human connection and what that human connection can achieve. My humanistic “heart and mind” approach is what enables and drives my success as an artist, business partner, leader and friend. I have a unique perspective, sitting at multiple intersections of diversity that have allowed me to build trusting and meaningful connections with multiple individuals, leaders, communities and organizations. These connections have resulted in programs, processes and relationships built on love, trust and understanding that in turn creates lasting change, shifts perspectives and creates space for more love and innovation. Sure, I create art, develop leaders and build solutions, I do those things...but they are not who I am. I am love and because I am love, everything I create is created with love…”
