Alan Phillips Jr. may just have the best job in the world. While being a Restaurant Partner, Fry Cook, and Cashier at Raising Cane’s is loaded with benefits (duh!), it’s no walk in the park. Developing young employees, organizing community events, managing a team of 50 people, and serving up delicious chicken fingers are just a few of the things Alan does everyday.
