Chuck Staszkiewicz always knew he wanted to own his own business. Finally, the day came when he realized he was done working for someone else and branched out on his own. It wasn't easy. He learned a lot along the way. He focused on the growth of the people who work for him and he joined a group coaching program. From there, he was able to refine his business and it really took off.
