Yes. I said it! Motivation will only get you started… But you need to create habits to keep going.

 

Don’t get me wrong. I believe that motivation is very important, however, most of us think that it is all we need.

“I just don’t have the motivation…”

 

Forget about that! You need to find a way to create habits because this will make you do the thing you know you should do even when you don’t feel like doing it.
