I loved having Dr. Sarah Bartel on the show to share about her program My Delight, a 3 month coaching course for Catholic women to navigate issues and understanding of sexuality. It is both practical and theologically sound, and so so needed!
Dr. Bartel and I spent the majority of the time talking about Catholic teaching regarding sex, so this is an episode that any woman would find helpful. She even shared some teachings about the necessity of the female orgasm that date back to 1850 - yea you read that right - teachings I heard for the very first time in this episode!
