Wil tries to experience myself, life and all those within, through a physical practice. He feels grateful to then share what he learns along the way, and calling this his job. He founded London Movement Group 3 years ago, and has been teaching both in person and online for a number of years. He values human connection, and put this as a top priority in hi teaching. You can find his work at www.figuringthingsout.com or on instagram @wbrown7
In this conversation, Wil discusses his time studying Industrial Design in University, and his final project of anti-ergonomics. He talks about his approach to teaching and coaching with empathy, compassion, and respect for individual's subjective experience; and the value he places on safety. He also expresses his gratitude for being a facilitator of curiosity, a "guide on the side as opposed to a sage on the stage." And, Wil flips the script and poses a number of questions to Kyle regarding play, failure, and intention.
