There actually aren’t that many stories about the Brown Lady. The most commonly known story is about the Brown Lady of Raynham Hall, who is one of the most famous ghosts in Great Britain. According to legend, she is the ghost of Lady Dorothy Walpole who lived from 1686 to 1726, and the controversy around her arises when you look at her death: was it murder or was it just due to the medicine available at the time? We also looked at the mystery of the Brown Lady of Chowan University, and how Halloween marks a very important night for this particular ghost... so sit back and get ready for a couple of spooky ghost stories!
Stay safe out there.
With love, Saaniya and Maddie x
