Amy Duggan Archer-Gilligan was born on October 31st, 1873 (spooky Halloween birthday vibes), and she ran a nursing home in Connecticut... before she was arrested for murder. The thing was that her residents kept on mysteriously dying after they had paid her for their stay. One of her victims was her second husband, Michael Gilligan; the others were residents of her nursing home. And here's the thing: she may have murdered up to 60 people. She was an Angel of Death-type killer, who didn't have a preference for victims of a specific gender or with certain physical characteristics. I think she was just in it for the money.
