Joseph Roy Metheny was born on March 2nd 1955, and he was the type of murderer and rapist to declare himself a serial killer who killed 13 people, there was only sufficient evidence that he murdered 2 people in the Baltimore area. He said “My murder rampage started out as revenge but ended up as a passion for the taste of blood and the overwhelming sense of power one gets for taking the life of another.” And that’s not even the beginning.
