We dip our toes into blockbuster filmmaking once again with this long-lost part of the Lord of the Rings series... okay, fine, the joke is dead, but Elijah Wood is here and he brought his oddball adult horror sensibilities with him. We go long on a novel and unique horror remake -- reimagining seems more accurate -- that's full of surprise, nuance, depth, and a distinct 2010s feel. Oh, and there's a post-credits scene this week!
