we’re on episode two!! consistency!! today is my first solo episode and i’m going to teach you all about apologies - from detecting an ineffective apology, what to do if you’re the one who apologizes way too often, and how to truly apologize to someone you care for. saying sorry is so important and i hope you learned to give away empty apologies a little less to those around you. remember this is a two-way street, where in order to receive effective apologies from others, we must also give effective apologies to others we may have wronged too. thank you for tuning in, it makes me feel very warm inside, and also weird that you can listen to my voice at your own leisure. see you when im graduated!!
