We can get in our own way sometimes with the ideas others have fed to us about what change is. Some of us have been fed a fairytale that if we do everything asked of us, we wont have to change. That we can fully control our lives. Yet, we grow...age...take on new things...and all of this is change. Dr. Natalie lays out the change process for us in this video and talks about how it can be difficult for women in midlife in particular.
