Building on the theme of last week's episode, 8 Bags of Gold, and the understanding that God has transmitted to each one of us His character, His nature, His existence, and His very life, the obvious next question is (or rightfully should be), "Okay, so what do we do with it?" Paul offers an excellent summary of what life should look like for those who claim to follow Jesus and are living in exuberant expectation of the Kingdom of God. Colossians 3:1-17 isn't the bony finger of religion pointing us to a hollow list of do's and don't's. Rather, it's what we should naturally gravitate away from (sexual immorality, impurity, lust, etc.) and what we should gravitate toward (mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience). How then should we live?
