Last week we talked about Shameless Audacity, the posture of living that asks ostentatious things of God and sees the hand of God move consistently in our lives. This week we cover the polar opposite of shameless audacity, Religious Indifference. What causes people to grow cold and unfeeling toward God, genuine moves of His presence and glory, and eventually could lead to us saying to God what the people around the Gadarenes area of ancient Palestine said to Jesus, "Get out of here"? If we're honest, all of us have found or still find bits of religious indifference in our own hearts. Where we used to be excited by God and His people, now we can take it or leave it. We used to be thrilled at the thought of being close to Jesus but now He's just a collection of stories we only have believe. What's the answer to this malady of the heart? Watch and find out.
