On October 30th, 1992, in Coulter’s Hole, a beautiful hiking and camping spot near Oil Station, PA, the body of a badly bruised young girl was discovered lying in the creek. She was dressed strangely wearing oversized shorts, a t-shirt that was inside out, and socks which clearly weren’t hers. Investigators had been searching the exact location only the day before, and nothing had been there. Police believed the perpetrator had dumped the child there to rub it in their face taunting them that he had killed her and gotten away with it. Who was this innocent child, and who was the monster who murdered her and left her alone in the woods to die?
