Nader is originally from Ohio and currently lives and works in the Chicago area. In today's episode, we talk about Nader's beginning her running journey through Girls on the Run at age 10, her 'daily grind' which consists of literally running her own business while balancing her involvement in the local running community, pro athletes and pre-race nutrition, and why we need more Lydia's out there running marathons.
