Banda is by day a gracious, composed caregiver and by night the founder of Hidden Imperium, aiming to tell powerful cinematic films by utilizing various techniques and styles in order to create beautiful impact. Besides filmmaking, Banda is also a multi-genre musician under the name Arkanzet. Banda is originally from Lusaka, Zambia and currently lives and works in the Chicago area. In today's episode, Banda shares how he became interested in film and music and balances her schedule as a caregiver to share her passion for composing and producing wonderful work. She walks us through the timely process in producing a short film such as The Spirit of Chicago and Mary; and her inspiration behind her latest albums Rise and To Him in Everything. In addition, Banda shares best practices and ways for listeners to destress on tough days with sound therapy and ASMR videos on YouTube. Banda recommends following motivational speakers Robin Sharma, Eric Thomas, Les Brown, and Mel Robbins. She also recommends reading  “Master the Day” by Alexander Heyne and the classic “Adventures of Huckleberry Finn” by Mark Twain.
