We learned the purpose of creation will be fulfilled when we will all see and experience G-dliness with our own eyes, here in this physical world. This will happen in the future - - - when Moshiach comes.

Although nowadays we can only dream about this, there actually was one occasion when the world experienced a taste of this. There was one time in history when G-d revealed His light and glory in this lowly world: *When He gave us the Torah on Mount Sinai.*

It was similar to viewing a sample house before paying the developer upfront for a unit that hasn’t yet been built…

When G-d revealed His power and glory to the Jewish people at Mount Sinai, it was a tiny taste of what the world would be like when Moshiach comes. Moshe told the Jewish people before his passing: *_"You have seen and now know that G-d is G-d and there is no other."_* How did they _see_ that there is no other?

When G-d gave the Jewish people the Torah, and proclaimed the Ten Commandments, they didn't only hear the voice of G-d but actually saw His voice as well! Wherever they looked, they saw His voice coming from that direction! Obviously, something very deep was going on there. When G-d's light shone in this world, it illuminated how everything is really G-d, removing all the layers of concealment that usually cover up this reality. When G-d spoke, every part of creation transmitted the word of G-d, and so wherever the Jews looked, they saw G-d's voice emanating from that direction… The people saw clearly that G-d is everywhere and that there is nothing besides Him. At Mount Sinai, G-d relayed the 10 commandments which contain all 613 commandments within them. As we've already learned, the commandments are G-d's will and so, at that moment, His will was completely and totally revealed down here in this physical world, with no layers of cover or concealment. The G-dly revelation was extremely intense and overpowering... and the Jewish people couldn't handle it. With each commandment that G-d said, their souls left their bodies Because if nothing exists besides Him, then we don't exist either. And so, their souls automatically flew back up 🌪️and returned to their original source, where they are not individual entities. G-d returned all the souls to their bodies using the same dew that will be used for the resurrection of the dead when Moshiach comes. This is not just any plain old dew. This is the _*Dew of Torah*_, which invigorates and strengthens those who study it 📖. The Torah is what will also enable us to bask in the glory of G-d's radiance when Moshiach comes. Guess what happened right after the supernatural, divine revelation at Mount Sinia❔ The world couldn't handle it. Just a few days later, the Jewish people sinned with the golden calf and no longer deserved such incredibly open spiritual experiences 💫. The divine light had been imposed upon the world from above and without prior work to elevate and transform the physicality of the world, the light could no longer remain here. In order for a spiritual effect to last and the changes it brings about to remain in place, it must originate from our own efforts down here in this lowly world ↗️↗️. Although the revelation we experienced at Mount Sinai did not last, it wasn't pointless, either. It showed us the destiny of the world, the goal we are aiming for. It gave us the strength to persevere in our efforts to achieve our objective. What about the rest of humanity❔What will be with them when Moshiach comes? The central changes we will experience are spiritual and we will access them through the Torah. Is all this relevant only to the Jewish people❔ Not to worry - all the other nations of the world, too, will experience spiritual enlightenment, through the influence of the Jewish people. All the nations of the world will attain a whole new appreciation and awareness of G-d. They will experience a new level of awe of G-d and seek to connect with Him.
