Nutrition Scientist in the house! Dr Medha Kapoor is an award winning scientist who pursued her PHD research at Defence Institute of Physiology and Allied Sciences, DRDO where she was involved with conducting studies concerning the maximization of human physiological potential and adaptability in extreme climatic conditions. She is the co-founder of Varsity Skin and Wellness Clinic based out of South Delhi.
Dr Medha Kapoor is also a certified health coach from the American council on exercise, and she recently co-authored a book published by the NewYork-based Nova publications called ‘Gut bacteria - The secret to health’.
