Scheduling - have this automated or use Calendly to organize your schedules and do it properly to avoid missed appointments.
Creating Graphics - Have a team to help you who can do so much better with your branding rather than doing it alone to save more time.
Onboarding process - There should be a set system in place that you have to follow to make sure that the process is smooth. Whether it comes to contracts, onboarding, and Q & A. Create SOPs to make the process seamless.
