Procrastination - delaying important tasks is probably the number one thing that is holding you back. By procrastinating it is going to hinder your productivity.
Lack of exercise - with little to no physical activity is going to weaken your body over time.
Excessive screen time - over consumption of the phone hinders our overall productivity.
Overcomplicating morning routine - the more you over complicate it the less you do. Focus and streamline all the things you want to accomplished.
Focusing on the wrong things - Busy vs. Productive. Focusing on one thing that you think is moving all forward but it’s causing you more work.
