Special Episode. “Outside the Church there is No Salvation.” The Lectio Coram is a magisterial lecture on a specific theological issue. It consists of a 45 minute lecture followed by a 45 minute defense. I passed the Lectio Coram with distinction 12 October 2023 as the final requirement for a Licentiate in Sacred Theology (S.T.L.). Please note that there is one question I didn’t answer well. I said that Adam and Eve before the Fall did not have sanctifying grace. I thought that meant something else besides “original holiness,” but they both point to that reality which is supernatural: “the heavenly life of divine grace.” Cf. Mystici Corporis ¶ 12.
