Keeping your facility in top notch condition, especially bathrooms. Don’t make customers question your integrity with anything less than a spectacularly clean bathroom.
Servers: know your foods… be ready to recommend your favorite as well as complementary sides, drink and dessert. Don’t ask if you’d like dessert when you bring the check… sell it with the meal selection… make the customer's mouth water then, not when they’re already done with the meal.
Create a consistent, high level training program for your entire staff. Give them samples of your items. Show them why they customer will love your food!
If you provide a great experience, great training for the people who work for you, they will be loyal, as well as great advocates for your business.
Owners and managers: Invest in teaching the business to your staff. You'll generate higher engagement from your employees and that will increase your bottom line.
