Cocktail of the week: MATCHA MARTINI.
In line with todays topic, we love a trendy cocktail! Sadly, we discovered this variation was not great…we found our recipe on tiktok, and don’t necessarily recommend it … (so try at ur own risk)
1 shot gin
1 egg white
½ oz vanilla syrup
¾ oz lemon juice
1 tsp matcha whisked in 1 oz hot water
garnish with matcha and mint leaf!
