He is a strength training coach who has represented New Zealand in 2 IPF Classic World Powerlifting Championships. He has his PhD from AUT and has wrote numerous articles for Stronger by Science and Weightlifting House.


We chat about his early life on the farm and then get into his road to strength and fitness.
