The Love Your Body Challenge is in full swing! We have focused on using food to help us love our bodies, by understanding blood sugar balance, the importance of protein and mindfully eating.
We can also practice self-love through meditation.
This episode is a Body Love Meditation. When we slow down to breathe, relax and rest, we allow our bodies and our minds to release tension and stress, so that we are more open to purposefully creating what we want in life, such as creating more love for our bodies.
I encourage you to schedule 8 mins each morning to do this Body Love Meditation for 1 week. I think you will notice a huge impact when you do.
