What's your New Year's resolution?

Maybe you're committed to losing that stubborn belly fat, being a certain dress size or never eating carbs again.

These may sound like reasonable resolutions but there is a potential downside.

We can focus so much on trying to "fix" our bodies that we create or deepen unhealthy relationships with body image and with food. 

We start punishing our bodies, speaking to ourselves negatively, start binging then feeling awful about it, chipping away at our self-confidence and continuing the cycle of guilt, shame and frustration. 

Well, I am not about that life!

I want to help you learn how to love the body you're in. 

To love to nourish your body, no matter where you are at on your health journey.
